2016 Grassroots Giving Winners

Grassroots Giving 2016: Winners announced

Our 2016 Grassroots Giving programme has been more successful than ever with support for the 377 shortlisted community groups and clubs across the UK being higher than ever. In order to ensure that the voting was as fair as possible, we asked the public to vote on which groups and clubs deserved to win one of the £500 pots of money. And they didn’t let us down with over 38,000 votes being cast (both online and in our branches).

Thanks to everyone who entered and voted.  We are again humbled and inspired by the stories we read and the difference that these groups and clubs are making to their communities. We will be contacting directly all of the winners this week.

We can now proudly announce who the 163 community groups and clubs that have won a £500 pot of money from our 2016 Grassroots Giving programme.
