Here you can see who’s applied from your region, and discover amazing local community groups in your area. 

We had hundreds of great applications and we've finally shortlisted 304 amazing groups. We've loved reading all your inspiring stories and hearing about the fantastic work taking place in communities throughout the country. 

To view the shortlisted groups, each group is listed under their region, simply click the region to reveal the groups in that area. Each group then has its own page which tells you a little about their work.

Voting is now closed and the winners will be announced in November, so watch this space. Thanks to all who voted, our community and voluntary groups truly appreciate it.
